Job Summary
Oversee high-volume retail facilities by generating and executing business plans to meet sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives. Manage teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training while driving sales, tracking inventory, and performing P&L analysis. Maintain effective vendor relationships, conduct meetings with subordinate employees, and ensure customer expectations are met. Requires flexible scheduling including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or grocery with P&L accountability is essential.
