Job Summary
Oversee high-volume retail facilities by generating and executing business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives. Manage team members through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training while conducting meetings and building a customer-focused culture. Drive sales performance, maintain effective vendor relationships, track inventory, and perform P&L analysis to ensure established standards are met. Work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Requires 2-3 years of management experience in retail or service industries with financial accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
