Travel CCU Charge Nurse

Monitor quality of care, documentation, and regulatory compliance while implementing immediate care plan changes to promote patient safety. Conduct patient and family rounding, serve as a resource for patients, families, and staff, and provide direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing ratios. Support daily unit operations, manage staffing and scheduling, and supervise, coach, and evaluate staff. Ensure adequate supplies and equipment functionality, coordinate with departments for admissions and discharges, and oversee nursing staff and patient care during assigned shifts. Requires current and valid state RN, BLS, and ACLS certifications, plus one year of supervisory experience in an acute care CCU setting. Available for 12-week days or nights shifts in Lewiston, Maine.
