Travel CCU Charge Nurse

Monitor quality of care, documentation, and regulatory compliance while implementing immediate care plan changes to promote patient safety. Conduct patient and family rounding, serve as a resource for patients, families, and staff, and provide direct patient care to maintain safe staffing ratios. Manage staffing, scheduling, and assignments; supervise, coach, and evaluate staff; assist with performance management; ensure adequate supplies, equipment functionality, and inventory levels; and coordinate with departments to support efficient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Oversee nursing staff and patient care during assigned shifts. Requires current and valid state RN, BLS, ACLS, one year of supervisory experience in acute care/CCU, minimum one year staff nurse experience in acute care/Critical Care, and BVP certificate. Available for days and nights shifts in Lewiston, Maine.
