Job Summary
Conduct direct patient care in the Critical Care Unit, developing and evaluating patient plans of care while collaborating with physicians, families, and the care team to achieve optimal outcomes. Provide professional nursing services under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing, utilizing confidential patient information to make independent clinical decisions. Float to similar units or other locations including Greenfield, Waverly, and Washington Court House, Ohio as needed. Requires BLS, ACLS, and solid critical care background. Shifts run 7pm to 7am for 13 weeks with a weekly gross of $2570, including travel reimbursement and mileage stipends.
