Job Summary
Assist the physician in scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data for diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular lab procedures. Ensure the procedure room is adequately prepared, monitor par levels of instruments and supplies, and participate in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities. Train new staff and assist in all aspects of invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures. Requires ARRT-R and state licenses, with preferred experience in cardiovascular labs or interventional radiology. Maintain current BLS and ACLS certificates. Per diem shifts available in Redding, CA, with gross pay up to $920 per shift.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT-R and licenses as required by State
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Lab and/or Interventional Radiology
- Cardiovascular technologist training program with emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring
