Travel Cath Lab Tech

Cath Lab Technologist responsible for assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab. This role involves preparing patients and equipment, monitoring hemodynamic data, assisting physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents, operating fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment, scrubbing in and maintaining sterile technique, and ensuring patient safety throughout the process. The technologist will operate imaging equipment, maintain radiation safety, manage documentation, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support high-quality patient care in a high-pressure environment. Responsibilities include positioning patients for procedures (e.g., angioplasty, stent placement, electrophysiology studies), assisting with instrumentation, maintaining equipment and supplies, and adhering to infection control and regulatory standards.
