Job Summary
Travel Cath Lab RN provides specialized care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional treatments. The RN prepares patients for procedures, assists during interventions, and monitors post-procedure recovery, working closely with cardiologists and cath lab teams. Requires advanced cardiac care skills, ability to interpret hemodynamic data, strong communication, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards. 13-week travel assignment in Waterloo, Iowa with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and dedicated clinical support; essential duties include patient assessment, positioning, assisting during catheterization procedures, operating hemodynamic equipment, post-procedure monitoring, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- One year’s recent experience as a Cath Lab RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ ARC) Certification
- Current ACLS Certification
