Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments prior to cardiac catheterization, including reviewing medical history and performing physical exams. Assist physicians during interventions by positioning patients, placing catheters, wires, and stents, and operating hemodynamic equipment to monitor cardiac rhythms. Manage post-procedure care by removing arterial sheaths, monitoring vital signs, and transporting patients to recovery. Maintain cath lab equipment and ensure all supplies are stocked while adhering to infection control and safety protocols. This 13-week travel assignment in Sun City Center, Florida, requires current BLS and ACLS certifications and one year of Cath Lab RN experience.
Required Qualifications
- One year's recent experience as a Cath Lab RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ ARC) Certification
- Current ACLS Certification
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Must be able to move about
- Must be able to move equipment (50-100lbs)

- Must be able to present a positive attitude and professionalism
