Job Summary
Assist travelers with vacation planning by researching destinations, accommodations, and transportation options to present personalized recommendations aligned with individual needs and budgets. Coordinate bookings, itineraries, and trip arrangements while providing confirmations, schedules, and travel documents. Monitor upcoming departures to keep arrangements on track, handle itinerary modifications and special requests, and maintain organized client records within company systems. Ensure accuracy in reservation details and provide helpful guidance before, during, and after trips. This role supports a growing remote team offering flexible scheduling and comprehensive training for those who enjoy solving problems and building strong client relationships.
