Job Summary
Conduct high-quality ABA treatment, support, and training while leading care coordination between RBTs and Behavior Technicians across multiple center locations. Develop and monitor individual treatment and behavior intervention plans, perform initial and ongoing client assessments, and facilitate caregiver meetings to ensure open communication. Provide regular staff training and supervision, manage time effectively to meet budgeted billing expectations, and identify families needing additional supports such as social skills groups. Maintain current licensure, certification, and required training including CPR and PCM while participating in professional development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA Certification
- Master's Degree in ABA, Special Education, Education, Psychology or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Experience with management and leadership experience and ability to interact with families, staff, clients and community partners for coordination of care
- Assessments of skills & deficits across a variety of domains
- Development of individual treatment and behavior intervention plans with continuous analysis to determine levels progress and remaining deficits
- Practice using various ABA methodologies
- Experience effectively communicating with parents and caregivers in center, home, community and school settings for generalization of skills and transition training
- Use of technology and various software's to ensure compliance with all requirements set accordingly
- Maintain licensure, certification and credentialing current as well as CPR, PCM and other training required by CC ABA, the BACB and the state
