Job Summary
Conduct high-quality ABA treatment, support, and training to maximize client progress while leading care coordination between RBTs and Behavior Technicians. Develop and monitor individual treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, then supervise direct care staff through regular training and feedback. Facilitate caregiver meetings to ensure open communication and identify families needing additional supports such as social skills groups or family support programs. Submit required documents for internal and external audits, manage time effectively to meet budgeted billing expectations, and maintain current licensure, certification, and CPR training.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Current licensure, certification and credentialing
- Current CPR training
- Other training required by CC ABA, the BACB and the state
- Ability to provide high quality ABA treatment, support, and training
- Leadership and coordination of care between RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Ability to work directly and indirectly using ABA best practices
- Ability to develop and supervise individual treatment plans
- Ability to provide behavior interventions
- Ability to train direct care staff
- Ability to share areas of expertise with others
- Ability to work in-person or remote as necessary
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet budgeted requirements
- Ability to perform initial and ongoing assessment and evaluation of skills and needs for each client
- Ability to develop and monitor Individual treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Ability to facilitate regular caregiver meetings and training
- Ability to submit all required documents for internal and external audits
- Ability to identify clients and families in need of additional supports
- Ability to provide continuous mentoring, staff engagement, retention and recognition
