Job Summary
Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, schedules, budgets, and objectives while researching destinations, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages. Recommend personalized travel solutions, coordinate reservations and itinerary planning through approved supplier systems, and provide booking confirmations, itineraries, and pre-departure guidance. Assist with reservation updates, modifications, and special accommodations, then maintain organized client files and monitor upcoming departures for ongoing support. Utilize supplier partnerships to deliver outstanding service while staying current with destination updates and industry best practices through ongoing training.

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other approved regions
