Job Summary
Travel between three store locations on a rotating or as-needed basis to support store managers with daily operations, staffing, and training. Fill in for leadership gaps during vacations, call-outs, or transitions while identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing improvements. Help onboard new staff, instill brand values, and ensure consistent guest experiences across all shops. Monitor store performance, provide feedback to leadership, and represent the brand at community events or in-store promotions. Requires reliable transportation, a flexible attitude willing to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- 2+ years of experience in food service or retail management
- A flexible, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Not afraid to scoop ice cream, scrub counters, or lead a team meeting
- Excellent people skills
- Team leadership experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities
