Travel and Targeting Support/Targeter

Conduct intelligence targeting for Counterintelligence and Defense Operations by exploiting community data and sponsor holdings to produce actionable analysis. Draft, coordinate, and disseminate operational reporting including cables, tearlines, and CJRs. Collaborate across organizational boundaries to meet sponsor objectives and keep leadership informed on travel data acquisition efforts. Communicate clearly to all management levels, tailoring content to varied formats and audiences. Execute multiple ambiguous tasks to completion under competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating integrity, accountability, and inclusive leadership. This full-time, on-site role begins September/October 2026 for a one-year base with four option years, supporting a federal government client in Northern Virginia.
