Job Summary
Oversee staffing levels, provide performance feedback and coaching, and set annual store and associate goals. Drive career development by offering opportunities to learn new skills and attend seminars. Ensure travel staff stay current on product, industry, and supplier information. Prepare annual budget and monitor expenses, review financial statements, and manage multiple product-line revenues. Address customer problems empathetically. Requires post-secondary education and at least five years of leadership experience, with proven people-management abilities, strong MS Office skills, and retail/travel experience; willingness to obtain TICO certification.
Required Qualifications
- Post-Secondary education
- Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience
- Superior leadership skills demonstrated through people management
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
- Experience in retail and/or travel is preferred
- Willing to get TICO certification
