Travel and Events Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
Verify trip registration accuracy and prepare materials for customer, dealer, and employee meetings and incentive trips. Manage event logistics, including scheduling, software maintenance, and on-site setup and teardown for field shows. Coordinate mailings, distribute gifts and memorials for special occasions, and conduct training for new employees and dealers. Perform other related duties as required by the Travel and Events Manager. This full-time role in Atlanta, IN, supports the mission of Beck's Hybrids to provide exceptional customer service through collaborative teamwork and high professional ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record as determined by Beck's automobile policy
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in support role
- Previous experience demonstrating organizational skills
- Basic computer and current software skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must submit to a drug test and background check
