Travel Analyst

Job Summary
Coordinate and make travel and lodging arrangements for Field Safety Specialists, including flight bookings, itineraries, car rentals, and ground transportation. Review case work orders, confirm site visit dates with sponsors, and schedule travel within 24 hours of confirmation. Enter travel requests into the company's Scheduling System, create work orders, and communicate all travel requirements and arrival times to specialists. Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel arrangements due to inclement weather or other disruptions. Answer phones, return calls timely, and provide travel-related information to ensure accurate itinerary availability. Support a 24/7/365-day mission-critical operation with a flexible schedule including rotating shifts, overnight hours, holidays, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited college
- At least two years of documented experience in a field related to security, law, social work, detention, corrections, or similar occupational area
- Certification, licensure, and credentials applicable to the professional accreditation of the position
- A minimum of four years of experience when a high school diploma with two or more years of relevant experience is substituted for an associate degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience applicable to the goals and objectives of the program sufficient to communicate with other staff, and appropriate for a similar program environment
- Strong computer skills in MS Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to take technical direction and feedback from various sources
- Ability to prioritize work, meet stringent deadlines, balance multiple tasks and work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to deliver the highest quality of work under extreme pressure
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a rotating shift, overnight, holidays, and weekends to support a 24/7 operation
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance
- Favorable credit Check
- Successfully pass a background investigation
- Must pass or present specific requirements depending on the position (i.e., DOT exam, vaccinations, CPR, flu shot)
- Must have mobility to attend meetings with other managers and employees
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
