Job Summary
Recruit viable nurses for travel assignments by prospecting, generating referrals, and working leads. Sell assignments to prospective travelers using a consultative sales approach and implement independent recruiting strategies to screen and evaluate healthcare professionals based on client needs. Negotiate compensation packages while maintaining acceptable margins and cultivate a network of potential candidates to meet weekly productivity metrics. Conduct regular competitive shops, attend trade shows and job fairs, and complete weekly recruitment reports. Maintain and update candidate database files, ensure traveler satisfaction through planning and follow-through, and build positive business relationships with clients and co-workers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, networking and relationship management, preferably in staffing
- Must have effective phone presentation

- Bachelor's degree preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
