Job Summary
Provide top-tier travel support via chat, calls, and emails; maintain knowledge on suppliers, destinations, and systems; assess customer needs and urgency; accurately book hotels, flights, cars, and rails; guide customers in self-service options on the Navan platform and app; respond promptly to meet SLA expectations; follow global policies; provide feedback to stakeholders; participate in team meetings on products and suppliers; stay current on travel industry best practices; maintain attendance, complete training, and meet performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as Travel Consultant
- 3+ years with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo)
- Fluency in English AND French or German
- Experience in hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings
- Customer-facing or contact center background
- Proficiency with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce
- Hybrid working model experience
