Job Summary
Conduct customer service via phone, email, and chat while inspiring clients and selling travel packages. Manage already booked itineraries, including upselling and executing changes, with a focus on resolving issues at first contact. Optimize cross-border contacts across Nordic channels using multiple digital systems while adhering to daily sales targets. Work flexible shifts covering evenings, weekends, and holidays in a hybrid role within a large Nordic team.
Required Qualifications
- Previous work experience in service, sales, customer service, or similar
- Familiarity with using computers and working in multiple different systems
- Fluent spoken and written Swedish
- Good understanding of Norwegian
- Availability to work evenings and weekends throughout the year
- Ability to work evenings and weekends throughout the year

- Fluent spoken and written Danish
- Fluent spoken and written Finnish
- Experience working with customers digitally or over the phone
