Job Summary
Conduct reproductive health exams, screenings, and STI diagnoses while providing birth control education and participating in abortion services. Deliver empathetic patient care and education to those navigating reproductive healthcare within 45 miles of Denver, Colorado. Maintain COVID-19 and flu vaccination status per protocol and complete the APN Pre-Hire Skills Self-Assessment Checklist. Earn a sign-on bonus of $6,000 split between start and one-year milestones, plus a $51.23–$67.16 hourly rate with Spanish fluency incentives. Paid onboarding includes initial travel to Denver for 2–4 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Active NP or CNM license in the state where care will be provided (e.g., Colorado or New Mexico)
- 1+ year experience in reproductive health or prior experience with PPRM
- National certification as NP or CNM
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- COVID-19: Vaccine or mask required for patient-facing roles
- Flu: Vaccine or mask required during flu season (Oct–Apr)
- Background check required
Desired Qualifications
- Travel within 45 miles of Denver preferred locations of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountain (PPRM) affiliate
- Preferred candidate to live in the Colorado Denver Metro area
- Spanish fluency (upon passing test)
