Job Summary
Coordinate travel and visa administration for MSF Southern Africa Headquarters, including flight bookings, accommodation management, and guesthouse occupancy records. Serve as the central focal point for immigration support for staff, visitors, and training participants, managing work permits and liaising with embassies and visa centers. Develop and review travel policies, respond to administrative enquiries, and prepare handover documents while integrating safeguarding principles into daily operations. Maintain accurate movement records and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with organizational and South African immigration requirements.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in human resource, Administration, Tourism, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Knowledge of MS Office Tools (excel, PPT, word, outlook etc)
- Fluency in English
- At least two (2) years' experience in a similar job
- Experience in the touristic sector (travel agency, airline, coordination of events, visas and work permit management)

Desired Qualifications
