Job Summary
Coordinate travel and accommodation (flights, camps, hotels, ground transportation) for operations in Edmonton; manage bookings, itineraries, traveler information, and ensure accuracy across arrangements; track personnel movements, rotations, accommodation usage, and report on travel activity and costs; communicate updates and manage disruptions; collaborate with internal teams, site operations, and vendors to ensure seamless logistics and system coordination; ensure policy compliance while supporting budgeting and invoicing; requires 3 years of travel coordination experience and a post-secondary diploma in a related field; proficiency with travel booking systems and MS Office; ability to obtain an Airport Restricted Area Identity Card in accordance with Transport Canada regulations; compensation ~$125,398 annually for 2184 hours; location prioritizes local candidates with working rights in Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience in travel coordination, logistics, or a similar operational support role
- Post-secondary diploma in logistics, business administration, travel management, or related field
