Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive trauma surgical nursing care to critically injured patients on the Surgical Trauma Unit, providing hands-on clinical support and patient advocacy. Manage daily patient assessments, administer medications, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize recovery outcomes. This full-time or part-time role offers flexible day or night shifts with competitive shift differentials and a Stay Pay program rewarding long-term tenure. Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- BSN
- current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- current LPN license within the hiring state
- meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire
