Job Summary
Trauma Surgical Nursing opportunities for RN and GN with both full-time and part-time options and day or night shifts at Mercy St. Louis. Roles include RN and LPN/LPN–RN bridge pathways, with sign-on incentives (up to $10,000 for RNs; up to $2,000 for LPNS), shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits starting day one. Full roster of professional growth supports such as bridge programs (RN > BSN), tuition reimbursement, and stay-pay program, plus a commitment to hands-on care in a trauma surgical unit. Certifications: CPR/BLS required; LPN and RN licensure in respective states where duties are performed.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- RN license in Missouri or temporary RN permit
- LPN license in hiring state (for LPN role)
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification from American Heart Association
- LPN-IV certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
- Bridge programs available for RN-BSN and RN-LPN transitions
