Job Summary
Provide direct patient care and surgical trauma support on the Mercy St. Louis Trauma Surgical Unit, delivering hands-on care with a focus on dignity and respect. Manage trauma cases during day or night shifts while maintaining current RN or LPN licensure in Missouri. Participate in bedside eligible duties under the Stay Pay Program and complete required certifications including Basic Life Support and LPN-IV within specified timelines. Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- BSN
- Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license within the hiring state
- Meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- LPN-IV Certification or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire
