Trauma Surgeon needed at MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center (Level II Trauma Center) to join a busy team of 6 physicians and 12 advanced practice providers. Full-scope trauma care including OR, rounding, clinic, and critical care with robotics in acute care surgery; CSICU co-management with Pulmonary and Critical Care; EPIC EMR; 15 shifts per month (days/nights) and 1 clinic day per week. Competitive compensation with a $150,000 recruitment incentive, moving allowance up to $15,000, CME allowance, malpractice with tail coverage, and retirement options.
