Trauma Surgery - Physician - Des Moines - $150,000 Recruitment Incentive

Fellowship-trained Trauma Surgeon needed for a full-time position at MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center in Des Moines, IA. Join a team of 6 Physicians and 12 APPs delivering full-scope trauma care (OR, rounding, clinic and critical care) within a high-volume Level II Trauma Center. Responsibilities include emergency general services, trauma care, and acute surgical services with robotics integrated into acute care surgery; 16-bed CSICU co-managed with Pulmonary and Critical Care; 15 shifts per month (days/nights) and 1 clinic day per week. Robotic capabilities, Epic EMR, and an emphasis on patient-centered care. Competitive compensation with base salary of $504,797, a $150,000 recruitment incentive, moving allowance up to $15,000, CME allowance of $6,000, malpractice with tail coverage, and retirement options.
