Job Summary
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Acute Care Surgeon to join the Division of Acute Care Surgery at South Shore University Hospital in Bay Shore, NY. The successful candidate will work with a thriving Level I Trauma Center and growing academic surgery program, contributing to trauma care, emergency general surgery, surgical critical care, education, and research. Joint appointment through Hofstra/Northwell with involvement in one of Northwell's General Surgery Residency programs. Rotation through Trauma, Acute Care Surgery, and Surgical ICU services; opportunity to contribute to program development and growth.
