Job Summary
Trauma Sales Representative in Tulsa, OK responsible for selling Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals in a field-based, primarily remote role, with an on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role emphasizes acting as the trauma product expert, building relationships with surgeons and hospitals, inventory management, product demonstrations, and adherence to compliance standards. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent clinical healthcare/sales experience, 3+ years sales experience preferred, strong organizational skills, and willingness to travel up to about 20%. The position offers 100% commission with bonuses and benefits, and may involve remote work arrangements with defined field responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons & hospitals
- Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
- Ability to participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours
- Must adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility (AdvaMed) including privacy and confidentiality of information
- Must be able to travel (travel percentage around 20%)
- Role is 100% commission with potential bonuses and benefits
