Job Summary
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue, case coverage, and market share objectives for Stryker Trauma products. Provide in-person clinical and technical support during orthopedic trauma procedures in operating rooms and emergency care settings. Build relationships with surgeons and healthcare decision-makers while conducting product demonstrations and educational programs. Manage inventory, consignment assets, and surgical instrument sets to maintain operational readiness. Respond to customer requests and urgent after-hours trauma procedures requiring on-call coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Document sales activities and compliance requirements in accordance with company policies. This field-based role requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel 30% within the assigned territory, and a Bachelor's degree or four years of clinical healthcare sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical healthcare, sales, or a combination of both
- Ability to participate in an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
- COVID-19 vaccination
