Job Summary
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue, case coverage, and market share objectives for Stryker Trauma products. Provide responsive clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures, including urgent cases occurring at nights, weekends, and holidays. Build relationships with orthopedic surgeons, operating room staff, and emergency department personnel to drive adoption of innovative products in Orthopaedics, Medical, and Neurotechnology. Manage inventory, instrument sets, and consignment assets while documenting all sales activities and compliance requirements. This 100% commission role requires a Bachelor's degree or four years of experience in sales or clinical healthcare and includes an on-call schedule for trauma support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR minimum 4 years of experience in sales, clinical healthcare, or a combination of both
- Ability to participate in an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an operating room, procedural healthcare environment, medical device sales role, or clinical support role
- Experience providing intraoperative clinical support during surgical procedures
- Experience managing surgical inventory, consignment assets, or instrument sets
