Job Summary
Trauma Sales Associate responsible for selling Stryker Trauma products with on-call duties, field-based activity, and in- OR product training. You will gain experience observing surgical procedures, become an expert in orthopedic surgical needs, build strong client relationships, manage accounts, and provide high-quality service while supporting a high-intensity sales culture. The role includes on-call nights/weekends/holidays, travel up to 40%, and collaboration with customers to improve healthcare outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
- High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
- 4+ years of active duty military service
