Job Summary
Trauma Program Manager oversees day-to-day operations of the trauma services, actively participates in staffing, budgeting, planning, leadership and quality improvement of the department. Responsible for clinical practice of care for critically injured patients, maintenance of the trauma registry and its Quality Improvement reports, and development and delivery of educational programs for all personnel involved in trauma care (prevention and all phases of care). Monitors patient progress during hospitalization and leads initiatives to optimize care quality and patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- California RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- ENPC within 6 months of hire
- TNCC within 6 months of hire
