Trauma ICU RN

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, collecting psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle data to set measurable goals. Implement and modify care plans based on clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice, including care coordination, education, and discharge planning while adhering to professional and legal delegation standards. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes in a Level I trauma center environment. New graduates are eligible for a nurse residency program.
