Trauma ICU RN opportunity at TriStar Skyline Medical Center. Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care with pre-operative and post-operative nursing responsibilities. Serves as patient advocate to support exceptional patient experiences. Applies knowledge of human growth and development, conducts assessments, and utilizes the Nursing Process to meet patients' needs. Demonstrates technical nursing skills, promotes safety and compliance with National Patient Safety Goals, documents care and medications accurately, and maintains up-to-date knowledge of medications and equipment used in cardiac and medical-surgical care. Strong emphasis on patient service, documentation, and collaboration with medical providers to ensure optimal outcomes.
