Trauma ICU RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered trauma ICU nursing care, including pre-operative and post-operative care. Serves as an advocate for patients, documents all patient care, utilizes Nursing Process for individualized care, performs technical skills and procedures, administers prescribed medications, maintains knowledge of medications and equipment for cardiac and medical-surgical patients, promotes compliance with National Patient Safety Goals, and collaborates with medical providers to support an exceptional patient experience.
