Trauma ICU RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care as Trauma ICU RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator. Provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care; serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience. Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development, assessment range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages served. Documents all patient care using the Nursing Process; performs technical skills and procedures; promotes National Patient Safety Goals; assesses patient condition during admission and each shift; administers medications and monitors response; maintains knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in cardiac and medical-surgical care.
