Job Summary
Coordinate and maintain department databases, gather pertinent data, and compile statistics and demographics. Maintain office systems including correspondence, professional contacts, appropriate documentation of information systems, and patient data. Collaborate with leaders and peers to ensure smooth collaboration and administrative management of department participation in various events. Requires 2-3 years of Trauma Analyst Data experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of MS Access and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associate's Degree Related Field of Study
- C.A.I.S.S or ICD-10 or I.S.S. experience
- Trauma Analyst Experience
- 2-3 years in Trauma Analyst Data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive attention to detail
- Efficient decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed computer skills
- Knowledge of the Windows environment including Microsoft Office software and related database applications
- The ability to organize and prioritize a high volume of ongoing tasks
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality in dealing with patient health data
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
- Previous experience with MS Access and Excel
