Job Summary
Respond to all e-mail and phone leads immediately, qualify prospects based on needs, and provide consistent follow-up to set appointments with Onsite Sales Agents. Deliver ongoing e-mail campaigns, maintain website content, and monitor third-party websites and online advertising. Utilize lead-management software to track activity, report on conversion ratios, and research competitor online activities. Work with prospects to determine the best community and floor plan. Requires two years of sales or marketing experience and proven communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Two years of sales and/or marketing experience
- Customer focused and personable
- Proven e-mail and phone communication skills
- Sales contact management database experience
- Solid organizational, planning and managing skills
- Maintain focus while working in an unstructured environment with nominal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and manage time well
- Must be able to learn and follow proven sales process
Desired Qualifications
- Previous new home sales experience not required
