Trash Valet GAIN

Trash Valet role performing nightly pickup at apartment communities. Responsibilities include collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps, transporting bags to the designated dumpster area, and taking/uploading photos in the company app. Work outdoors in all weather, follow PPE guidelines, and operate independently on a short evening schedule. Requirements include a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance listing you as covered, reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck, a smartphone, and the ability to carry up to 30lbs and walk stairs for 1-2 hours. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday evenings starting at 7pm, typically 1-2 hours per shift (5-10 hours per week). Pay is $40-$60 per night with weekly direct deposit; benefits include holidays off, opportunities to advance into leadership, and 401k after 90 days.
