Job Summary
Trash Valet role performing outdoor evening trash collection at apartment communities. Responsibilities include collecting tied trash bags from resident doorsteps, transporting bags to the community dumpster, taking and uploading photos in the company app, and following safety guidelines with provided PPE. Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions. Requires a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance listing you as a covered driver, reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck, and a smartphone. Tasks are performed 5 nights per week (Sunday–Thursday, 7pm start) for about 1–1.5 hours per shift. Pay is $35 per night with weekly direct deposit; opportunities for advancement and a 401k after 90 days. The role emphasizes staying active, safety, and punctuality.
