Trash Valet

As a Trash Valet for Ally Waste, you’ll work part-time in the evenings (Sunday–Thursday, 7pm start) for 1–2 hours per shift, earning $50–$70 per night. You’ll walk apartment communities to collect tied trash bags from doorsteps, transport bags to the dumpster, and upload photos in the company app. You’ll work outdoors in all weather, follow PPE guidelines, and operate independently with a open-bed pickup truck. Requirements include a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance listing you as a covered driver, reliable transportation, a smartphone, and the ability to carry up to 30lbs and stay active for 1–2 hours per shift. Weekly pay via direct deposit is offered, with 401(k) available after 90 days; opportunities to advance into leadership positions are noted.
