Trash Valet

Trash Valet role performing independent outdoor evening trash collection at apartment communities. Responsibilities include collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps, transporting bags to the dumpster area, taking and uploading photos in the company app, and following safety guidelines with provided PPE. Requires an active, outdoors-friendly schedule with 1–2 hour shifts 5 nights per week (Sun–Thu, 7pm start), and the ability to work alone in all weather. Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance listing you as a covered driver, reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck, a smartphone, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active for 1–2 hours per shift. Opportunities for weekly pay via direct deposit and potential leadership advancement, with a 401(k) available after 90 days.
