Job Summary
Ally Waste is hiring a part-time Trash Valet to work the evening shift (Sunday-Thursday, 7pm start) for 1-2 hours per night, about 5-10 hours per week. Responsibilities include collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps, transporting bags to the dumpster, and uploading photos in the company app. Requires a valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing you as a covered driver, reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck, smartphone, ability to carry up to 30 lbs, and the ability to walk stairs and work outdoors in all weather. Pays $60 per night with weekly direct deposit, benefits after tenure, and opportunities for advancement; 401k available after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of Auto Insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Reliable transportation – Open Bed Pickup Truck Required
- Smartphone
- Ability to carry up to 30lbs
- Ability to walk stairs and be active for 1-2 hours
- Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps
- Transport bags to the designated dumpster area
- Take and upload photos in the company app
- Follow safety guidelines using PPE
- Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions
