Job Summary
Lead Trash Out Technician responsible for completing evictions and vacant unit cleanouts, safely loading, hauling, and disposing of debris, furniture, appliances, and waste; pulling trailers; documenting work with company apps; taking before/after photos and submitting reports; maintaining equipment cleanliness and safety; and working efficiently in Arizona heat with a dependable team. Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50–100 pounds, and comfort with dirty/high-filth environments; opportunities for overtime and growth within a supportive team.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience pulling trailers is strongly preferred
- Ability to safely lift and move 50 to 100 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working in dirty, unpleasant, or high-filth environments
- Ability to work in Arizona heat and physically demanding conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Basic smartphone and app usage skills
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
