Job Summary
The Trash and Linen Technician at Lemontree Healthcare is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, handling waste and linens according to healthcare standards, following safety protocols and infection control practices.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with healthcare staff
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move large bags of soiled and clean linens
- Ability to operate laundry machinery and other equipment safely
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in linen or environmental services in a healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of infection control standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) use in healthcare environments preferred
