Job Summary
Lead and manage Tip Top contractor drivers across Queensland from the Springwood site, overseeing onboarding, performance against contract requirements, delivery standards and customer obligations; develop and manage transport cost models, utilise routing/optimisation tools to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction; partner with Supply Chain and new business teams to resolve issues; drive contractor evaluation and onboarding in line with SOPs; demonstrate leadership to build a capable team focused on compliance, operational execution, and continuous improvement.
