Job Summary
Safely and efficiently transport patients and medical supplies to and from the Radiology Department. Assist technologists with transferring patients to and from imaging tables. Properly manage and transport IV pumps, oxygen tanks, and patient charts while ensuring a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for patients. Perform general messenger services as needed. This role supports the mission-driven team at Mercy Hospital, a 375-bed not-for-profit hospital known for compassionate care that treats the whole person.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
